okay dug as far as i could into this issue. There is definitely something going on between the plugin and Elementor specifically on the Domain BackOrder product.

My finding have been Only Elementor and BackOrders and Back orders must be set to classic mode(moving the add to cart to the button.)

Ill get a bug ticket for the dev team to investigate this further.

We have been experimenting on the back end with ways to fix this. Issue is browser related with cross domain cookies. Chrome blocks these by default and we have been looking into what structural changes we need to do in order to allow cookies from domains we don’t own to be able to securely pass the cookie on to secureserver.net. We recently had a discussion on what course of action we will be doing on our end to resolve this. But the last few attempts have failed. We have this working being prioritized to start building out a entire new system to handle these request in the coming months. I don’t have an exact date for this feature launch as its a substantive amount of time resources and we had to get other teams all involved with this work. But we do have a plan and path forward.

    Hey,

I am unable to replicate this with a fresh installation of the plugin on a fresh WP install. But I do see it is showing up on the URL you provided. Could I get some additional information about the WP install you are using for the site to check a bit more into it.

If you could provide some info about the below items.
    -WordPress Version:
    -Current Theme:
-Which Builder plugin are you using? Are you on Elementor/SiteOrgins/Beaver Builder or WordPress -Gutenberg blocks. ETC.
-Based on the page you are using button type Classic- would like to confirm that

With regards to your plugin sending customers to the Domains Priced Right. This happens when you set up your plugin using the Demo storefront which is Domains Priced Right. If you deactivate the plugin and reactivate it again, then go through the set up verification to select the Reseller plan. Make sure you are selecting the Active Your Reseller button.

So we did look into this and looks like there is some level of cookies being mixed up if your browser has those cookies saved. So while it wont impact customers who have only visited your site – when going to sites within our system it will cause errors. We are in contact with various teams to look into resolve this. But we wont have an ETA on our end. But it has been marked to look into deeper dive as browsers security increases mostly around cross site cookies.

Sorry this isnt a quick resolution.

    Hey,

We just finished doing a deeper dive on your site and why you are seeing 123 Reg with an empty cart. We had a few follow up question for you. While we think we found the root cause, we would like to know the following information.

    – Which Browser are you using?
    – And what is your Cookies Rules set around with regards to 3rd party cookies? Any Screenshots of just your browsers Cookie setting will be helpful.

The reason you are probably getting 123Reg is due to a Cookie Session saved in your browser and that cookie is poluting the Reseller Storefront one. Knowing your browser information we can try to isolate the exact issue at hand.

I am not able to replicate this in any of my plugin sites they are all loading the correct plans at hand so its a bit hard to troubleshoot this directly. We will need to have you go through support and go through an account esclatation so we can dig into your account itself. I know you said they werent helpful but my team would need to get access to the account to dig into this further, we would need account access.

The plugin defaults to DomainsPricedRight when a reseller plan is no longer active. Or if it was set up to a trial Reseller. But based on the the initial post it sounded like it was correctly set up.

Hey, There is one thing that stand out to me around why your plugin is going to Domains Priced Right, and that is usually due to your Reseller plan expiring from your account. Once a plan is expired we create a redirect from your Reseller plan to Domains Priced Right 17 days after your reseller plan fails billing. So Domains Priced Right didnt hack your account or plugin.
Only our support team can restore the billing of your reseller plan in this case.

Hey, Divi has been a request that comes up from time to time. Currently, we are not providing direct support within the Divi Builder with the Reseller plugin. The reason has been, we have had difficulties getting our stuff to work with how they do blocks and widget in-comparison to Elementor/SiteOrgin/BeaverBuilder and even barebone WordPress. It is something we are still looking at doing, just not currently in our development pipeline at this time.

I am unable to replicate this error at this time through my own WordPress installation around the Advanced Domain Search functions.

I am currently running WordPress 6.1 on plugin version 2.2.7.

Can you provide more information around the error you are getting? Which version of the plugin are you using, which version of WordPress you are using?
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin into your WordPress installation?
