No response from support…but I installed the plugin “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper,” which allows outdated code to work. The team member pop-ups are working now for me now. This a temporary fix and doesn’t resolve the underlying issue though.

I found out how to really wipe the plugin out – in settings. Other issue of data table updates not being reflected on the website is still an issue.

Nevermind.

I deleted the plugin and made sure it was removed from the plugins folder. I deleted the corresponding data tables (all staring with em_). I re-installed the plugin and replaced the data tables with updated events. The old events are still showing on the site. I added a new event via the event manager plugin and it displayed on the site and it is also displaying in the data table. However, when I added a new event to the data table, it is not displaying on the site. It’s like the plugin has a memory that it won’t let go of! HELP! I don’t understand why it won’t sinc with the data table.

Under post types, I only have Events (event) – powered by Events Manager checked.

The theme I’m using has some inherit issues and the client has requirements that are slowing the site down, so I’m grasping at straws (every K counts!). I’m already using a plugin called “Use Google Libraries,” which does what you outlined AJ. I’m bookmarking that post so I don’t have to rely on a plugin for my next site!

Thanks, I just signed in to tell you the same thing! I found the file to update and set to 600 and also tried MAX. No dice on either. It’s still capping out at 300.

jhickey86, have you found a solution to this problem? I’m having the same issue and I only have about 20 email addresses. Seems there is a character limit for that field.

I just added a class around the text.

I’ll just try applying a class to the text to see if that works. You’re right. It doesn’t need to be a submit button.

Not sure what you mean, the a href is the event url – You mean using a text link instead of a button? That would work, but the site has had buttons that were all working prior to the latest update. Maybe an image? The thing is, it was working until recently. I have several different event widgets showing different event categories depending on the page they are displayed on and they all were working – this one stopped working when I changed the title of the widget and hit save. I think if I were to re-save all the other event widgets, the buttons would disappear too. The client whose site this belongs to, really wants to keep the buttons.
