No reply again is the biggest problem I face with you guys. I don’t mind paying for support and have bought your extensions but how do I get support for what seems to be a fundamental requirement for this to work.
If we cannot solve this and get a reply I will be switching to WordPress Automatic. It costs but they do support the plugin.

Any chance of a reply? This seems to be a fundamental bug if we cannot turn off auto updates for published posts.

Copying the wp_post entry from the database works, but would be a nice feature to have within the plugin.

Is there anywhere we can discuss the premium version?

Anywhere we can see which files were changed?
I’ve customized and wanted to see what had changed where.

With all other plugins disabled and running on default theme customers are still not being saved to database, neither from the order process or a manual add customer from the admin area.

I can help debug if you tell which files control this process.

So there are and will be no limitations on the free version until a premium version is released?

I don’t want to put this on a live site and find out later.

Ok can understand that but if I go pro I would expect both videos and help documentation, how long until this would be available? Or is their priority support?

I have many questions but don’t feel safe jumping to pro while these go unanswered.

Hope you can put my mind at rest as I like what I’ve seen so far subject to answering my outstanding questions.
