Ok, then that’s my problem. There are only two choices to choose from in Facebook in Woocommerce. There is no “Sync and Show.” There is only “Do not sync” or “Sync and hide in catalog.” I can send you a screenshot if needed.

Ok, in Facebook the products had to be toggled to be visible for some reason. Is this because in Woocommerce I have “Sync and Hide in Catalog” selected for Facebook? The only options are that or “do not sync,” but I don’t want the product hidden. Still, some products are not syncing correctly, but I guess I need to make sure I have the right thing selected first.

Yes, I upgraded to the latest version of Woocommerce, and the Facebook version is 2.0.1. When I navigate to Facebook there has not been a “Get Started” notice, however. It only gives me the Manage Connection option, as before. When I click it, I get the message “Error on managing Facebook Business Extension. Please set up Facebook Business Extension first before managing settings.” When I go to that extension within Facebook, it’s all set up as it was previously. I don’t know what to do.

The update didn’t fix anything. I tried to reconnect after the update and keep getting the “oops, something went wrong” message. There seem to be a lot of people having issues after the update. Do I just need to wait until things are sorted out with the update, or is there something different I need to do on my end? I’ve been trying every few days and keep getting the same message.

No worries. Do you mean I need to change the product data to “Variable product?” It’s my understanding that a variant image can be selected when it’s a variable product, but my products are all the same–each is just one download, no variations. I just have multiple pictures for each. But maybe I am wrong about what you mean by select a variant image?

You spotted the product where no images are coming through, but another one has only two images coming through, and they are out of order. However, all products are listed as “Simple product,” and most are coming through fine. ???♀?

Can you help me? I’m less concerned with the Facebook shop and more with the Instagram shop, but since the Instagram is linked to the Facebook shop I really need it fixed. Thanks in advance!

It’s not. That’s my whole problem. In the Safari browser, for 2 products the images are not displaying correctly. In the Mozilla browser the shop doesn’t load at all.
