In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] pinit.js, embedding and PinterestThanks, Andrew, I think that might be the soloution. Dum follow up question: Do plugins slow down the page in general? And will they slow it down more if used more? Earlier I had this site with a lot of plugins, but this time I want everything to be lean, so to speak. I understand if you have no time for follow up questions ??

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Social Media iconsThanks, lensdigital
My problem was that Pinterest use local domains, but the theme needs .com, which is no problem as the link gets you to the right page.

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Very Rudimentary ThemeI belive it is called “minimalist” if you like it ?? I think Twenty Nineteen is paradigmatic and so far removed from the basic HTML pages as can be. But of course, some places the marked likes pages looking like overblown sofas and I agree this one is for blogging and content making, and not for commercial portals and shops. My 5 stars is not a mistake ??

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Post page not workingI have decided to staying within the limits of this theme (that’s what I like about the minimalism). But would it be better to grey out the post page alternative in Reading if it is of no use?
I did try the “Recent Post” block and it works, but would be nice if it in the future could show snippets of content, too and not only the titles. I might look for a plugin, though again, staying within the limits of the theme, I would like it to be plugin lean.
Anyway, your help and time has been much appreciated, Mel! Thanks a lot!

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Post page not workingDo you mean as a link on the front page? I was thinking the posts should come below the upper part of the static page.

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Post page not workingNot sure if I understand you. When visiting Reading the second row, that about the blog posts is set to “Blogg”, which is named by me, but is the “Post Page” (named in black behind the page name “Blogg”, link: https://kirkeogkunst.dk/?page_id=31)

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Post page not workingHi, Mel! That might be it, I did not “set” my Post Page as such to any other page, I just chose it in the dropdown menu (I will be offline for at least 7 hours now, but thanks for getting in touch)
