Hi,
Adding more information about this topic in case someone wonders what happens if they delete their account.
WooPayment no longer works, so no Woopayment methods ares available on my website.Too bad ??
Hello @reynierc,
Thanks for the reply. Actually I can’t reconnect the Woopayment plugin. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin and I get this error message in the setup wizard “Failed to retrieve account session. Please try again later.”
After some research, it seems that the only way is to install Jetpack, log in, log out and delete Jetpack.
It’s a very sad way to change your account ??
It also makes me wonder: why is creating a wordpress.com account mandatory to activate Apple and Google Pay?
I give up and ask for the wordpress.com account to be restored. I’ll see later how I’ll handle this differently.
Thanks for your time.
Hello @aamiribsf
I’m using WooCommerce with WooPayments with “Express checkouts” option activated and WooCommerce Paypal Payments. Everything with the latest updates.
Also, my theme is Porto | Multi-Purpose & WooCommerce Theme (portotheme.com).
Cheers
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Actually I tried your solution before posting but it did not work. I spent some more time on the issue today and two points :
– First : yes this code solves the issue
– Second : but it can’t be pasted on the custom css of cartflows as it is overwritten by the payment plugin, nor into the child theme’s style.css file for the same reason. It has to be pasted on the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS.
Are they any chances this may be corrected / changed in your plugin ? Or is it only up to the Woo Team to modify it ?
Thanks !Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I do not use any other cart plugins for woocommerce or shipping plugins.
Also, I updated Cartflows to 2.1.3 and WooCommerce to 9.4.2?yesterday and it seems to be solved. I did not see any changelog about this issue but maybe it was fixed on the updates. Thanks !
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Here is the URL of the checkout page : https://alacivette.com/commande/paiement-securise/
You can go to the page : https://alacivette.com/e-boutique/ and add any product to the cart and follow the steps until reaching the checkout page.
Even though it’s ok on mobile view, I still think the payment button should be on the same block as the other payment methods selection but I don’t know if this is something you guys can change.
Thank you !
Hi,
Thanks for your explanation on how the forum works, wasn’t really sure as the topic was not marked as “solved” and this is the same issue. Please feel free to reach out a moderator to open a new thread.
Also, yes I’m using this location for loco translate as this is the way to translate it. So no problem there.
I wanted to know if it was possible to separate one part of the text from the wordpress link. However, since WordPress update 6.7 has been released in the meantime, this problem no longer applies and seems to have been resolved as the translation is now correct in my language.
CheersHi,
Thank you for your answer. I’m using Cartflows version 2.1.2. I think it’s the latest version, isn’t it?
Sorry if I didn’t make myself clear, I’ll try to clarify. On this screen : https://ibb.co/WWPbn3c for the “shipping” value in red, do you display it with or without VAT ?I’m asking because all my settings are set to “VAT included” in woocommerce and therefore in the checkout process and my default template shows shipping costs VAT included.
Let me know if you need any further information.
ThanksHi !
Thanks for the reply. Indeed it is managed by the theme and not your plugin. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Regards
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Understood for the Cartflows pro setting. I will check it out and probably upgrade the plugin then.
And I will also check on my template for the “back to” link then.Regards
Hi !
I jump on this topic to say that it can’t even be translated with a plugin, which is surprising as there is a string to change it in the plugin (I’m using Loco translate).
Isn’t it possible to dissociate the text with the link ?
Thanks !
