In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Shortcodes in email textHi magasati,
Thanks for using the plugin!
Shortcodes in the content are not supported. However, this plugin uses the standard wp_mail() WP function so you can apply a filter to wp_mail() to ‘expand’ the shortcodes. The example below should help:

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] The plugin creates extra space between the linesHi kindbear,
This plugin doesn’t touch the email content, it just passes it directly to the wp_mail function. You may have a plugin active that is filtering your content. You can try deactivating your plugins to find the culprit. I’ve tested this plugin in clean installs of WP and several themes and it does not cause any issue with the content.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Email Template IssuesHi aqibshahzad668,
No, that screenshot is not this plugin. This plugin is under Tools -> Send Email and is a simple form to send email.
Thanks

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Email Template IssuesHi aqibshahzad668,
This plugin (Send Email From Admin) does not have templates nor does it have a bulk send option. It sounds like your using a different plugin to create emmail templates and you should try contacting that developer.
Thanks

In reply to: [Very Simple Google Maps] Map not loading anymoreI have the same error.
Refused to display ‘https://maps.google.com/’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.
Hi Caseproof,
Thanks for the quick workaround suggestion! This solves my issue while waiting for the fix.
Thanks

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Message regarded as phishingHi arunki,
This is because the receiving server’s (gmail in this case) spam detection has identified your email message as a possible threat. This has nothing to do with this specific plugin as it only sends an email from your hosting server. Gmail’s spam detection is notably aggressive but there are a lot reasons why an email sent from WordPress can end up as spam: take a look here
Also, have you tried sending it to another non-gmail address to see if it ends up in a spam/junk folder? If so, you may have to edit the content/attachment so it’s less spammy.
Hope that helps!
And thanks for using the plugin. ??

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] works but…Hey @fabbrj,
Thanks for the review!
This plugin actually does send a zip file as an attachment; however, a lot of spam firewalls will reject emails with zip files attached. You may want to check your spam or junk folder.

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Create templateHi Marcelo,
No, this plugin doesn’t have the ability to create templates. However, there are many other email plugins available that do have that capability.
Thanks

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Any conflict with other email plugins?Hi,
No, there will not be any conflicts between this and other plugins. This is a very basic plugin which sends an email to users using the WordPress wp_mail function to send the email.
The plugin doesn’t show replies. In fact, it doesn’t store any info at all. It simply sends an email using the Email Address in your Settings -> General section as the From address for the sent email, so your relies will be directed to that email inbox.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Works best with one or two email addressesYou’re right, WordPress sites can possibly have a very high number of users, and therefore would need a plugin that’s capable of mass mailing which requires many more additional features (throttling, etc.) that are far outside the scope of a basic plugin such as this. As I stated in my response to your query (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/send-email-to-all-addresses?replies=2), this plugin was created to send a quick and easy email to a user or a few users at a time.
Thanks for your comment. Based on your review I will probably update the description to alert users that this plugin is best used with a small group of recipients.
Ouch. 1 star? Oh well… can’t win ’em all. ??

In reply to: [Send Email From Admin] Send email to all addressesHi paulebrandt,
This plugin was developed to give WP admins a quick and easy way to send an email to a user or a few users at a time and therefore doesn’t currently have an option to send to all users other than by selecting each one in the user list.
However, I’m sure there are other plugins available that would be better suited to send mass emails to a large number of users.
Thanks
