Hi There,

I’m having a problem with the Jetpack Subscribe to Blog via Email feature. I apologize for not being able to figure out how to start my own thread here.

The website is:https://littlefaceart.com/blog/

There are 17 subscribers to the blog, but there is a woman whose email is [email redacted] who claims she has tried to subscribe several times and never gets the email confirmation and she is not subscribed. She has checked her spam folder.

Any ideas what the problem might be?
