For caching we’re using W3 Total Cache Version 2.7.3 | By BoldGrid , LiteSpeed Cache Version 6.2.0.1 | By LiteSpeed Technologies and Jetpack Version 13.5 | By Automattic.

Also yes I have tried clearing cookies and also trying on a private window. Tried on my phone as well however it still is not showing the custom roles only default ones.

Yes, I have followed these steps, and that is where I set up the custom roles in dashboard > settings > bbp style pack > forum roles.

Additionally, I have the following plugins installed:

• bbP Signature Version 1.4
• reCAPTCHA for bbPress Version 1.0.7 by Hitesh Chandwani

I’ve tested re-enabling them, but unfortunately, the roles do not come back. Please let me know the next steps.

Yes I disabled it through the “options-general.php?page=bbpress” Forums Settings > Forum Features section under Admin Dashboard. I did try turning topic tags back but still didn’t fix them, so I turned topic tags back off in the meantime because our Forums aren’t too popular for topic tags at the moment.

I updated Style Pack. I went to disable topic tags and all a sudden the custom roles got reverted to the default ones which is weird that they would turn off. So I seen that an update for the plugin was available for download – I did update the plugin however no luck with fixing the custom forum roles.

I’ve enabled the “Enable Gravatar” option from “User Profiles >> Global Settings >> General” in the dashboard as you suggested. It works. Thank you!

I did happen to have to do some back end coding for my theme but I did happen to get it to work.

I had to deactivate, delete and re-install and it worked by miracle for me I hope the same happens for you. Good luck! Haven’t heard of any updates thus far.
