Hi, this might be an issue with the new HPOS functionnality in woocommerce that is out of sync. You can re-sync the orders by going to Woocommerce ->?settings -> advanced -> features I believe. Let me know if that fixes it!

thanks for reporting this, I just put up an update simply removing it, as it is no longer useful.

ACF is not officially supported and hasn’t been tested. However if you want to purchase the pro version and try it out, I will refund you if it doesn’t!

If the link doesnt go directly to the box, please look for a box that says “Customers who bought this product”. It should be towards the end of the page.

unfortunately it is not possible, we have no control on how whatever plugin or configuration you use displays that infoermation. If you feel comfortable with code, with the pro version of the plugin you could filter the output with our custom filters:

sorry about the delay. I just tested on my side and I don’t have that issue. Also, we haven’t pushed any updates for quite a while. Perhaps it’s a conflict with another plugin? Did you try deactivating all plugins except for ours and Woocommerce and see if that solves the issue?

Hi, thanks for reaching out! So depending on the mail client, you need to change the seperator that seperates the email addresses. In the settings you have the option “Email list seperator”, which is probably set to semicolon. Can you try to change it to “comma”?

Hi, unfortunately that is not possible. If you don’t have it activated already, you can activate HPOS on your woocommerce install, which greatly optimises performance when fetching all the orders.

unfortunately that functionality is ourt of scope for this plugin. If you want a plugin that is specific to exporting orders, I would recommend using WP all export.

The plugin does not store any data itself, it’s simply pulling from what you have in the database. I think the issue might come from your site not updating the cached orders when you do a change. Can you try doing the following:
– Go to woocommerce->status->tools
– Click on “clear analytics cache”
