A member joined yesterday from Oregon and she is not showing up on the map. I checked everything and she entered all the same info the other members did. Please help.

What if I set it up by Type – State ? could I add anymore after that?

Hello again, You gave me the directions (below) to setup a county search within California.
I want to add other states, as other states want to join. How should I do that? See what you directed me to do on the Calif county search below: Thank you for your ongoing help!!

We recommend making the following changes:

1. Eliminate the “S Calif TC Search”, “N Calif TC Search”, “N Calif REA Search”, “S Calif REA Search”, and “Calif Realtors” folders, they have no actual relevance to the search.

2. Remove all your membership level “Actions” as that overcomplicates management of your members. Past due members are automatically delisted from the directory based on the setting under MemberFindMe > Organization Settings > Integration > Membership Settings. For your needs it will be simpler to just keep all the accounts in the “Members” folder.

3. Have 3 search boxes under MemberFindMe > Customization > Directory Search:

3a) “Type” – allow users to search the “Real Estate Assistants Membership Listing” and “Transaction Coordinators Membership Listing” membership levels. So here users can select whether they want to search for REAs or TCs.

3b) “Northern Calif Counties” – all the northern California county labels.

3c) “Southern Calif Counties” – all the southern California county labels.

4. Ensure you allow members to be able to select the county labels in both the “Member Sign-Up” and “Member Manage” templates.

Got the logging off page fixed. I was putting in the whole url. Sorry!!

Also, when I logout it goes to this page:

I changed all the urls to the directory page when logging off.

Thank you so much for the reorganization on the search and labels.
On the search page now, I can select the type – but the counties are not letting me select and search.

It is a little confusing with the search for . . . box above
and the choices with the popup search boxes for the type and counties.
Which one do they choose for the search?

The “Deals” box is saying that the description is required. How do I turn that off?

Hi there,

In the directory profile I add a field “In what County do you reside?

I had one member signup as a test. She signed up as a S Calif TC Membership.
That folder goes to the S Calif TC Search label – members folder label. – N Calif TC Search label.

So, when I tried to search for her under the county she resides, she was not there.

I do have labels made for all of the california counties.
Can you please take a look at this to see what I should be doing differently?

In my county search – their are 58 counties. The window of choices is too large and can’t be seen at the top. Should I break it down into Northern and Southern counties? Thank you!!
