This is also happening to me with Google Pay reCAPTHA v2.

The check box gets cleared and the the reCAPTCHA Fails

I also have this issue with the latest version.

I’ve now deleted this plugin because of this bug. Thanks

running the backup manually worked fine after canceling the failed back up. The failed backup was running for several weeks. Any idea what can be done for this issue, we’ve seen it multiple times over the past year

Hey, this new update fixed this issue. Thank you for the quick turn around on this.

I’d like to point out that this bug stopped all sales this week and so was a big problem for us. Luckily we noticed from Google Analytics before too much time passed. I understand that bugs happen, and I’m grateful for your plugin and the work that you do.

If there is any way for you to contact the other people using this plugin so that people don’t lose revenue too, it would be a good idea.

The plugin has now stopped working on the latest version of wordpress. I’m not sure if this is related to the the above-mentioned bug or not, but please could you update it

FYI The fix above worked for me. I changed the GA code in my header.php file to use the new GA gtag.js (copied from GA admin page) then enabled then Added Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js” option from this plugin and it fixed the issue.

first check is to confirm your source code that you are not using the old analytics.js script

Thanks for the quick response. I don’t understand what has changed. I’ve been using your plugin for many months with no problem and I haven’t made any changes to my site. I don’t even know where the GA code is implemented as it was done years ago.

Something has changed this month and it wasn’t a change that I made. Do you have any idea why this might have happened?
