I switched back to using the WordPress posts table instead of HPOS and everything went back to normal as well.

Same issue. Also using HPOS. Confirmed that switching back to using wp_posts resolves it.

I created two custom money signs, and changed it to show USD$ and CAD$ instead of just the symbol, and it solved the issue.

We were not able to get this to work in the outgoing invoice emails – we tried using another plugin which was able to sort out the email invoice issue, but did not geolocate the currency properly. Is this something that we can troubleshoot?

Interestingly enough, it does have the space in USD invoices between the $ and the price, and does not in the CAD invoices. Which tells me it’s doing what it is supposed to (we have the position set in the settings that matches this), just not displaying those three letters to indicate the currency.

I have updated the plugin, we will test it out shortly. There is nothing in that field currently, so I left it blank. Thanks!

Currently using 1.3.0

Previously the price would say, “1 795.00$USD”
Now the price just says, “1 $ 155.00”
Is it a setting that I need to potentially change in the plugin?

It was the menu toggle button actually, it had a transparent background for some reason.

On the server it would be in a folder, not zipped up. The folder is likely called contact-form-7. Unzip the file that you downloaded with the older version of CF7 into a folder. On the remote FTP, rename that contact-form-7 folder to something else, or delete it, then upload the new folder that you just unzipped. You should be good to go at that point.

Outdated does not necessarily mean it’s a bad thing – in this case they swapped one API (v3 instead of v2) and accidentally broke millions of sites. Apple and Microsoft have done similar things, we’ll get a fix eventually.

It’s a free plugin @tsso0120 – revert back to 5.0.5 instead of making vague threats about switching. We all know it’s more work than it’s worth to switch out tons of forms to another plugin.
