I have this same problem on Chrome & Firefox. No issue with Edge.
I also get the following error too:

1) Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 416 (Requested Range Not Satisfiable)
2) Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found.

My player has stopped for over a month now. I hope the developer fixes these bugs.

I just installed this plugin on a new site and it worked beautifully.
The other site’s issue must have been related to conflict with some other plugins.

Just updated CollapseOmatic two other sites from version 1.5.1 to 1.5.7 and the plugin stopped working. Returned one of them back to 1.5.1 and partially removed expand code from the second one so you can see the code behind. here is the link to the second site:

If you go toward the bottom of the page, you will see many sections where Collapseomatic was used and they are not functioning now.

Just wanted to mention, this is about the email notification and not the pages on the site. All the pages are working correctly and I am able to see the listings and the detail for each listing. It is the notification email that is missing the link to new member’s profile.

I tried your suggestion and here is the email I got back after registration, which still has no link:

‘You may complete your registration with additional information or update your information by visiting this private link at any time: [pdb_record].’

After installing your plugin the message had [record_link] in the text of Signup Thanks Message.
