It’s basically real time, and the data on the dashboard is updated each time you sync your website.

It won’t slow down your website, and it’s got no footprint, but bear in mind that it just tracks page renders and it’s not nearly as in-depth as Google Analytics, which you can also hook up to your ManageWP dashboard.

Frankly I don’t think you’re being fair about this, for two reasons:

1. We don’t want your site passwords, and we don’t need them. When you add a website, we offer you the convenience of installing and activating the plugin for you. The password is not stored, and you can always install and activate the plugin from the WordPress repo, and you’ll just need to add the website URL.
2. We’re very transparent about our pricing, but there’s no one single price because our model is a-la-carte: pay only what you need, and only for websites you need it on. The monthly price tag is right there, on the icons for each add-on: https://managewp.com/pricing

Whoa, that sounds very serious, and highly unusual. ManageWP does not perform the actual update – it just instructs your WordPress installation to do it, which is the same as you clicking the Update button on the website wp-admin dashboard.

Could you open a support ticket on your ManageWP dashboard and give us more details, so we could help?

We wanted to make sure our free tier is not a gimmick, but a genuinely useful set of features.

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, we support ManageWP through our service, so we rarely look at the .org support board. Before I get into the details, I just wanted to thank you for running the check and sending us the results.

ManageWP is fully PHP7 compliant. The errors listed here are reporting the lines code that we intentionally in there to keep the plugin backward compatible. The PHP Compatibility Plugin can only see if there’s a particular line of code in there or not, it’s not capable of deducing how it’s being used.

In summary, everything is in order, no need to worry ??

Backup, restore and clone are not supported for multisites, due to the architectural differences from single site installations.

Each subsite is treated as a separate WordPress installation. The good news is that most of our functionalities are free for an unlimited number of websites, so you won’t have to pay a dime to have all subsites in one place.

ManageWP Worker plugin is fully compatible with PHP 7, but as the web evolves, new compatibility issues pop up from time to time.

Client Report has a lot of improvements scheduled on our roadmap, all that we’re missing is time. My personal favourites are custom content (e.g. the number of support tickets that can be pulled from your Zendesk account, or the number of developer hours allocated to that website) and localization (just because you speak English, doesn’t mean your client does as well).
