Hi there, i already started a thread on there the other day but have just seen you respond to it givng me another way to solve it so im confused now wordpress wasnt updating at the time i updated the plugin ive removed it from my FTP and it still has the same issue ??

If you are not able to fix it thats ok ill just stick with the 1.11.7 version which is working perfectly and no issues ?? Thanks though

Hi There, I did do as the above and the same thing happened so i had to undo the update and restore a back up from days ago again to get my website back up for customers as its live ??

I disabled everything and cleared caches and reactivated one by one but before i reactivated my other plugins i only activated SO Widgets and the same thing happened, no words on front end and slowed my website down dramatically.

I did see on the SO forum that this issue has happened before to someone else im not sure what the outcome was on theirs as the convo went private but it sounded the exact same thing as to what im experiencing

Hi There, It appears to only be the SO Widgets bundle as I updated it and i lost my words in the front end and it sent my IO usage through the roof.

I have since done a backup of just before the update of that plugin and its fine

Thank you for the new documentation I will have a read of it as well, i dont want to update the plugin as the website is working perfectly now but I will still read the document ??

Hi There, I used WP Admin > Installed Plugins > SiteOrigin > Deactivate > Delete – This is what i did to remove the plugin.

No worries at all and which version of IP Geo Block or Loginizer?

If IP Geo Block it was the one before version 3.0.10.3 – so im not sure which one that was, this is only the first time IP and Loginizer has clashed.

I use the free loginizer not on premium but when i first signed up to them i think i got a free premium trial i cant quite remember as its been over a year now but i still get to use the Passwordless Login

If it cant be fixed thats ok its no trouble now as I am still able to login its just the error that pops up now when i put in my username ??

The error i am seeing is the picture you posted with the hyperlink “Back” NOT the dashboard hyperlink.

The plugin i have always used with your plugin is Loginizer and i use their passwordless option where it sends a 1 time log in link to my email to prevent unauthorised access it is only since i last updated IP geo block that I get this login error now so i didnt realise the 2 would start clashing now

Hi There, Ok no worries it is still doing the same thing, it has always shown as Failed since i chose to use the link to my email as a way to login instead of entering a password, even when ive just sent the link once it has always shown as failed it was the temp cookie section that is new now each time i login according to the info given in the IP Geo Block settings. I think it looks like ill have to live with this error screen now as nothing seems to make it go away but thanks for your help anyway ??

Thats when ive tried it in Chrome, IE, Edge and on my cellphone browser

I have unchecked Prevent Zero Day Exploit, saved, cleared cache, logged out, cleared browser history and re tried to log in – the same error comes up when i enter my username (but i still get my login link)

Thanks for that, I can still login it will send me my login link anyway but it wont remove the error so do i just need to continue it as is and ignore the error each login time?
