    I also just started using WP-PortalTheme 2.1 by Portal Labs and I’m confused by the sidebar.

    I figured out where to put the code in the editor for the 1225×125 ads in the sidebar but the rest doesn’t make sense. the rest of the stuff currently in my sidebar, categories and links, is not in the widgets settings and when I try to drag something into the sidebar widget it overrides the ads.

    Can anyone explain this to me. I want to use the ads but does that mean I don’t have control over the rest of the sidebar?

    I added your suggestion, with just that little difference and it’s fixed!!!
