I kindly suggest you to once contact them , trust me I have done everything that needs to be enabled from the server end for your website.

Me: I am pretty sure if I contact them they will tell me the same thing – that WebP support is not enabled

Support: So kindly suggest you to get back to us with more details and please make sure to provide https://crawlspaces.com/phpinfo.php one to them. There is no specific option to enable WebP support from our end, we have enabled every option that needed by a wordpress website from the server end.

The font I picked to be loaded locally is loaded locally, focus on that part of the screenshot. I had the option Display Swap enabled, why it keeps showing it “not visible during webfont load?” As far as I remember, this particular option was not listed as Experimental in the plugin dashboard.

Yes, I could have tried the support forum, that is true. What is also true, though, is I do not have time to write and wait for the support of every plugin that is not working the way it says it’s working. I expect from a plugin to work as supposed, not to need to have hours of conversations or testing to get it working in the end (eventually).

Now after such strong words I don’t know who should be ashamed, honestly.

And maybe I went too harsh on this because I’m already way too nervous with all these WP optimization things we need to do. Anyway, keep the above issue in mind, thanks.

Yes, this is the plugin that does not work with Lazy Load. Are there any fixes we could implement in order to avoid the conflict?

I am not sure why you marked this question as resolved, but it is not. Like I told you above, I did exactly what your video tutorial suggested and it didn’t work. Plus, I waited 2 days, just to be sure.

Now, I deleted my old app and created a new one (doing this for 3rd time already). I will wait some time again (as the count is still 0), but I doubt something will change, as I am doing the exactly same steps over and over again…
