Custom CSS may solve both of your issues. See some examples below.

Examples;

You may need to try using !important if they don’t work.
Example:
#ff_1_description_1 {
font-family: Rubik, Times, serif!important;
}

BTW: If your plugin was setup with this option and was Elementor compatible that would be very notable, and if offered in the free version it could increase the user adoption of your plugin greatly. OR you can add Elementor and other page builders compatibility options as a part of your “Pro & Business” paid options to increase sales (hopefully I will be grandfathered in if you do that, lol). Many free or and pro/premium plugins offer addons for an additional cost that enable Elementor integration for example.

I also have another integration partnership idea if you want to hear it. I think I know the perfect place and it would be beneficial to the both of you.

Thank you for your help on this. I have contacted the theme author regarding the templates, and asked them to make your plugin compatible with their theme. Who knows if they will, but it would be great if they did.

Thank you for your reply. I did some testing and found that this is a theme/theme plugin compatibility issue. I have messaged the theme author for assistance, but if you were able to help that would be fantastic, as I really want to use your plugin as I think the templates look nice.

The theme is WPLMS: https://themeforest[dot]net/item/wplms-learning-management-system/6780226 – and has two plugins that also create an issue; vibebp and its main wplms plugin.

*From what I can see the theme has its own templates or buddypress template control that it uses that is messing with your plugin using the default buddypress templates so it is not working.

Thank you for your help. Your were correct. I spoke to host (iPage-only noted for others that have this issue) and they setup “ctype_xdigit” and it is working now on php 7.4.

I am on theme Version: 3.0.1
I get these errors after updating to 7.4 – 7.3 works though.

I found a work around (see below), but this is perfect and what I was looking for in the first place.

Work Around:
*I found that if you reverse the “false” and “true” in the original code that you get opposite results and instead of excluding only 1 post type it includes only 1 post type and excludes all others.
