Yes that worked for us as well.
The funny part though is that although we did have the “Restrict Access” box checked, it was selected to be visible to “Everyone”, leading us to believe that shouldn’t be the problem, and that would basically be the same as not having it checked. Should have tried that too:)
Thank you.
We are experiencing the exact same issue and have done everything noted by @hktgoonie as well.
After Update Main Nav just disappeared (thank goodness for staging sites).
Can’t get it to come back. Have been trouble shooting for what feels like forever.
Please help.
Thank you.
Please add this. This would be extremely helpful. Just chiming in on the need of it.
There is a just TON of settings, emails, forms, etc.. in this plugin and if you ever have to even try to redo every single one of them for whatever reason it is just crazy and very very time consuming.
This is a need given how extensive the amount of setup that this plugin requires. You don’t want to ever have to redo it if you don’t absolutely have to.
Love the plugin by the way. ??
Thank you.
I am experiencing the same issues.
I have tried multiple different themes, including the default theme, and deactivated all plugins and I am still not able to export to import sidebars and widgets.
Hope to get this working soon.
Any suggestions?
Try adding this to the custom CSS for your theme.
.kbe_content_full {
width: 100% !important;
}You can find the custom CSS options in many areas;
-Some themes have it built into them under Appearance>>Theme Options or something like that
-WP ADmin under: Appearance>>Customize>>Additional CSS
-Get a plugin link Simple CSS and add it in there
-and possibly other areas as wellJust make sure to choose one area and do all of your CSS in that same area always.
Hope this helps.
*I am not a developer. Just someone that figures out how to fix things.
*I am curious why the plugin is not setup by default to just use the “100%” width setting instead of a px width.
*Seems like that could fix/help a lot of users that usually just have issues/comment on it not being responsive. Again though I am not a developer and do not know if there is/was a specific reason to do this one way or the other. Just seems like the “100%” would create less issues making a higher percentage of the plugins users happier. Maybe. ??Have a great day.
Excellent!
Thank you for your reply.
Thank you for your reply.
I will have to say that I really really hope you guys consider and are able to add this into a future update or new version.
This is sadle a simple thing that is a debilitating issue for large websites that need to add new roles, update roles, add lots of new pages, and so on. You have to make sure everything is correct from the very start and pray you don’t have to change anything. If you change/update anything you end up creating a ton of work for yourself. lol
*Thank you again for bring this up to the dev team. It would be a useful and notable feature to have.
