Thanks for your prompt response. We aren’t using a caching plugin, but there’s some caching in WPEngine hosting. I had cleared cache before, but this time I turned off the “smarter cache” option and cleared again. That seemed to help. I’ll have the client test further in the morning!

Once again, I’m at a loss. Changed the image, and now it’s not appearing. Tweaked some other things, but bottom line is previews great but doesn’t appear. Screenshot of settings. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Yes, regenerated all registered types of thumbnails, cleared server cache, and then ran health check again. Just be be sure, I just did it again, using Regenerate Thumbnails (Alex Mills version). Still showing 9 missing.
Tried again with Regenerate Thumbnails Advanced (Shortpixel) and selected only wprm thumbnails and “force regeneration”. No luck.

Note: Last part of URL (demo/parnell) is response to front end protection on transferable install – not part of URL, not wp-admin login.

Disappointing, but done. Thanks for tracking this down.

Sorry, but turning off the animation doesn’t help. Even after I clear all caches, at host and in the browser.

Thanks for your reply.This doesn’t seem to happen with your blog. On this site, I have disabled JS because it hid blog images entirely. Disabling CSS doesn’t help. I’ve reset lazy load to 0, but that does not help. Yet blocking a particular image using “Lazy-load exclusions” does help (Example: https://elizabethsandelmd.com/insights/a-parents-key-role-after-a-childs-concussion/.
