Could you please try loading the page in an Incognito window or clear your cache? In 1.3.9.1 I have nothing but default theme active, Agreeable, and on both multi-site and non-multisite and everything seems to be working.

On version 1.3.9.1? Are you using a custom theme/login plugin like Theme My Login?

That was a glitch with something we were adding for the WooCommerce extension, it’s fixed now.

It sounds like you’re using something like Theme My Login to customize the URL? That could cause issues in 1.3.9, however we just pushed 1.3.9.1 you should be good now I think. Those plugins can be tricky because we can’t tell whether the page is actually a login/register page or not, which can cause problems. But you should be good now I think…

It was an issue with the latest update fixing the WooCommerce issue, we patched it yesterday and it should be resolved now- can you confirm?

It’s hard to say…I haven’t yet been able to duplicate your issue on my end in any browsers, and nothing in the console indicates any conflict so there’s not really anything else I can do without actually sitting at your computer ??

Okay! Update Agreeable and the WooCommerce extension and give it a go, you should be working now ??

Found the issue. WooCommerce in their infinite wisdom uses 2 different systems for the registration, one for checkout, one for the My Account page. The My Account page just uses the built in WordPress registration hooks, which works if the normal Agreeable Registration validation is turned on, but doesn’t work if just the WooCommerce one is. Curses!

Anyway, patches coming for both Agreeable and the WooCommerce ??

Hmmm, have you tried activating a different theme?

We’re on it, are you running the latest version of Agreeable? There was a registration issue that was resolved last week. We’ll test on our end as well ??

Have you tried disabling all other plugins to see if there is a conflict?

All I can guess from what we’re seeing so far is that another plugin’s javascript is in conflict with the lightbox since we can’t consistently duplicate the issue.

Are you running any caching plugins like W3 Total Cache?

Do you know how to use the Inspector in Firefox or Chrome? If you could open that and check the Console tab to see if there are any Javascript errors that’s the next step in diagnosing the issue.
