I am checking in Chrome and it’s working so it’s hard to say what’s going on for you. Could you do me a favor and open an Incognito window in Chrome so there isn’t any caching going on, and try the page? It may be that your browser is keeping an out of date version of the page and not showing you the proper version.

When I click on the link I do get the popup, however both the background and text color are set to black so it’s just a black box.

Could you try the link again and see if it’s working for you?

It sounds like there’s a javascript conflict with the lightbox, could be caused by a gallery plugin or something.

Yup that’ll work! Though of course editing WordPress core files is a recipe for disaster, and javascript verification is easily bypassed, so make sure no one tries that for a long term solution! ??

I’ll be able to tell pretty quickly whether the theme is hijacking the WP form.

Hey! Could you please let me know what theme you’re using? While helping another user with the issue I’ve found that it seems to be tied to a theme hijacking the registration form.

There is basic WooCommerce support in there, with plans to add a more in-depth integration in the future. I’ll fast track that development ??

We’re also working on putting out an age verification extension for Agreeable as well for folks selling age-restricted products.

It sounds like it’s probably a conflict with the javascript we are using to open the lightbox. Could you please reply with a little more info?

• Version of WordPress
• Are you using any photo gallery plugins on the site that also use a popup?

If you know how to open up the Developer Tools in your browser and check the Console for errors on the page with the Terms link, especially any errors that come up after you click, that would be really helpful. But I don’t necessarily expect you to know how to do that, so if that sounds completely alien to you, don’t worry about it ??

Otherwise for now I’d suggest disabling the lightbox while we get it sorted, it’s almost certainly a conflict with another plugin, but maybe we can find a workaround.
