Writing is eneabled.

The error message is in german:
Das Verzeichnis kann nicht angelegt werden.
Ist das übergeordnete Verzeichnis durch den Server beschreibbar?

I am running WP2.3.1 on a hosted solutions Windows/IIS. But I can not upload files.

I’ve configured the blog to enable image uploads to “/images” which is the folder I use, and I’ve got the permissions correct on said folder.

Error Message:
The directory can not ……. E:\web\mydomain\htdocs\blog/https://www.mydomain.ch/images/2007/12

Could you help me please?

In the ISS Manager was index.php missing.

My host said:
We run php version 4.3.4 (WordPress requires 4.2 or greater) and MySQL version 4.1.18-standard (WordPress requires version 4.0 or greater), so you should be fine. It runs with more features on Apache (using mod_rewrite) than it will here on IIS, but it will work. I’ve done test installs that worked fine.
