Really liking this plugin after trying so, so many! Hoping we can figure this out because I’m having the same problem. Sharing icons are only showing up on posts, and not pages.

This didn’t seem to start happening until I selected to “don’t show” the icons on a couple of individual pages like login, support. I also disabled on categories and archives because it was way too cluttered (we’ve got star ratings, etc.)

@kelly, sorry this isn’t an answer, but will share it here if I discover a fix.

well, I thought it might be, but I don’t have any roles editor other than what EM does, and other plugins are disabled anyway. I’m very familiar with wordpress and racked my brain, but I can’t think of any default behaviors or settings that would “prevent” the EM granular settings to not work.

However, I suspect it probably IS something along those lines. One thing I considered was to use role scoper or similar plugin to grant access possibly, but thought it might crash with the EM roles. What do you think?

I found that if you hold your cursor in the second box, and type your number, it will work. I also noticed that the first digit won’t go in, so you need to keep holding down your mouse button, delete the erroneous second number and retype the whole thing again. Just keep holding down the mouse button to keep the cursor in the box!!!

hi and thanks for your reply. The form just points to the “events” page as near as I can tell because when I perform a search, it just refreshes the page and says “no events” while still on the “events” page.

However, if I am logged in as admin, it sends me back to my admin panel.
So… when I do a search with drop downs set to ‘all’, no events return, including your default events.

Really, it just leaves me at a loss as to a starting point to even diagnose it. Hoping to fix it though because we are wanting to do the upgrade version if we can make it go.

I will probably test it on a clean install wp, later today. I like the plugin and it’s perfect for what I need to do, so it’s pretty important for me to see it through.

it sure does… but the form is on “events” page and the admin panel is set to “events” page, so what other setting could it possibly be?

have you had any experience with this behavior or what may cause it?
