Okay, thank you all for the support! I did double check that I have checkbox in autoptimize unchecked for “Also Optimize the shop/cart/checkout” so hopefully I am good there.

If you all aren’t seeing anything obvious, then I tend to agree it is a local issue with a small set of people, and am good just monitoring. I have a abandoned cart plug in also, so I should be able to see a large spike of people in the abandoned cart queue.

Thanks for your response. What do you mean by you could replicate on your personal site, but you are unable to reproduce the issue? How were you able to replicate it? I haven’t been able to replicate the issue myself. In order to do a lot of the trouble shooting I will need to know how to replicate it consistently. I understand that inconsistent issues are very difficult to troubleshoot.

Much better on Desktop, it doesn’t seem to impact mobile though. Any suggestions on how to adjust mobile/tablet specific?

Don’t sweat it @nikhilgadhiya it takes two seconds to install the plug in and see what it offers and try it out. If people don’t read the features and description, that’s on them

This solved the thumb nail issue! Thanks so much. The only thing that is left is when I click on one of the thumb nails and it becomes the “Main Image” in the slider, it is still cutting off the thumbnail. Would it be possible to apply a similar fix for when the thumbnail is selected so they can see the full image on the main image? Click on the second video, the one that says “Everything You Need to Know” and then seen how it cuts off the thumbnail when it becomes the main image.

I am giving you a 5 star review regardless, but if you could also fix that I would say this 100% meets my needs.
