In reply to: 3.0.5 Update issue with postsI am still having the same issue with images. I now am getting the “image does not meet security guideline” message. In my Admin Options my supported file types are:

In reply to: 3.0.5 Update issue with postsAlong the same issue….now when trying to validate my RSS feeds I’m getting the “content:encoded” error message because of those images I had trouble with. They contain a bad URL in the link. They read “<img src=”webkit-fake-URL://” instead of a valid URL. The images were copied and pasted from Amazon. I never had this trouble before I updated. How do I rewrite those links to work? Obviously the URL needs to point to my site but how do I include the rest of the link. Should I just delete those images and try different ones again?!?! So weird!

In reply to: 3.0.5 Update issue with postsI deactivated all my plugings and previewed the page again and it was the same-no images. I haven’t tried switching to the default theme only because the rest of my site upon preview (old posts with images) still shows up fine. Don’t you think that means the theme is fine with the update?

In reply to: New site in SuperAdmin menu but not under dashboardAfter working with hostgator support for over an hour trying to get this done (they parked it on WP but it still didn’t appear in my dashboard “sites”) I have given up. I’ve spent DAYS trying to get a second site started and I’ve decided to just start a new site elsewhere. I do appreciate your help though.

In reply to: New site in SuperAdmin menu but not under dashboardI talked again to my webhost (hostgator) and they did not know what file I was referring to. They wanted me to clarify to you that the domain I’m adding to my network is an “add on” domain. I don’t know if that makes any difference but they said there was no folder they could see that I should omit…..?????

Andrea-thanks for the reply. Do you mean the file in my cpanel under “web root” that is titled that domain? Sorry, I’m not very computer savvy and I had to have my webhost help me get this installed. ??Forum: Networking WordPress

In reply to: Starting new blog after multisite enabledI went back into my public_html file to make sure my config file and .htaccess were updated correctly to what it says under “network” on dashboard and now when I try to log in my admin page (https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/) it is redirecting me directly to my blog site! Now I’m worried I messed something up. What did I do wrong?
