What I am saying is the optional checkbox was never checked but the Optin Time has today’s date it is not blank. This is not the expected behaviour.

No, it seems whatever method is used for detecting ImageMagik isn’t accurate. The module is actually installed, even if I check the built-in WordPress Site Health page it says it isn’t installed, so the issue isn’t just Yith. There is a WordPress plug-in ImageMagick Engine which may fix this but I’ve haven’t tried it.
