You’re right, I’ve to disable ajax add to cart option from Ocean WP settings then it works. Thanks for your great support.

Currently I have disable:
– Woocommerce setting > AJAX add to cart buttons on archives
– Ocean WP plugin > Ocean Woo Popup
– Elementor PRO plugin

It’s still not working.
Then I changed the theme to ‘Twenty Seventeen’ and it’s working very well.

yes, the data is appeared in site backend if I activate the ‘‘Twenty Seventeen’ theme, but not if I use ‘oceanwp’, the theme that I use a lot.

I changed the theme to ‘Twenty Seventeen’ and the bug/issue is gone.
Changed back to OceanWP, the bug appears again.
could you tell me how to solve this theme issue ? Thanks

I have deactivated all plugins, even I decativated the elementor Pro as well, but the elementor page is still keep loading ….
I tried to export the template library to my other website and it can be loaded very well….
Anyone can help me and how do we can get the server and WP environment like @maheshed did above ?
