I noticed, if I load v5.1 and use tree.php v1.0 (taken from v5.0 and located in /php/tree.php). The right-hand file list loads.

Not sure if this help identify the issue.

I actually disabled all the plugins and only left Synchi (v5.1) and I get blanks:
v5.1

When I revert to the previous version (v5.0). It all seems to work:
v5.0

I’m experiencing the same issue. Tested on Chrome and FF.

I have downloaded about 5 malware scanners for my WP sites and the only one that seems to find bad stuff while the others do not is Wordfence. Wordfence is fantastic.

Been resolved. I reduced some of the data in the Stats and StatsDetails table and everything is working now. Check to see that you haven’t exceeded your database max. This was a hosting issue for me and not a WordPress issue. ??

Anyone have a solution for this? I have had this issue for over a month now. Here is what I have tried:

1. Disabled all plugins – Doesn’t Fix
2. Use Default There – Doesn’t Fix
3. Upgrade to 3.0 – Doesn’t Fix
4. Cleaned my htaccess (default settings) – Doesn’t Fix
5. Disabled “Break comments into pages with…” – Doesn’t Fix
6. Cleaned some of the database (Stats & StatsDetails) – Doesn’t Fix

My next move is to reinstall the database. WTF! This is driving me nuts. Please guys, Help!
