Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same issue as well, but with capabilities.php. After a few calls to IONOS, no joy. It appears that they are flagging the file and disabling my website due to one of their automatic scans.

However, if you look at the middle of the page, the formatting of the thumbnails is a disaster, and I cannot find out how to correct it. When I origanally did the post, I could click on the thumbnail, and correct the justification. Now, this is not working….Thank.

Seems when I use the editor in WP, it says that it is inactive…Tried to paste in the new code, BTW, with IE, I get a javascript error; cannot insert from the gallery, I have to use Firefox to use the gallery..

Same problem since the last update. I guess the old rule still applies: If it ain’t broke…
Just have to figure out how to go back a version…
