In reply to: HTTPS vs HTTP — Changes not showing upOk, I don’t have access to make changes like that. I’ll let the team know, but I can’t guarantee they will do it.

In reply to: HTTPS vs HTTP — Changes not showing upHi there SKamerica,
The issue is not with whether the site is secure, but the site shows up differently on https versus http. The HTTP version is the accurate one with all of my changes showing up. Most notably is the Press Materials menu item.

In reply to: Single Post blog pages are all blank – No images or textOops.. here is something new. I disabled JetPack, and when I reactivated it, it acted like I needed to set it up again. When I hit the button to set it up, I received this message:
Error Details: The registration secrets sent by your site do not match the ones the Jetpack server has on record.
This might help us figure out what is happening? When I looked this up, it says to ask the engineers on my end to update to SSL Certificate.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Single Post blog pages are all blank – No images or textThank you Steve. I do not have access to the error logs or server (China team at 6 pm will have to help). I disabled all plug-ins and did activate the 2017 theme and the blog post looked somewhat normal as far as the text and images from blog appearing. It looked crazy, and since this is a business site, I had to reactivate the theme we were using so the rest of the site looked normal. Since I pay for my theme from BeaverBuilder, I might have to send a ticket to them to see what is going on.
My client is also very anxious. I haven’t told her that I can’t get her photo gallery up yet, but my deadline for building her entire website is TOMORROW. I am freaking out, to say the least. Not to mention that this person is a celebrity. I’m going to wait by my computer all day today until this is fixed.

In reply to: how do you use favicons with WordPress?Wow.. I thought this was a help forum. Why are people irritated when someone asks a question. If you were working in a store.. let’s say Macy’s, and someone asked you where the bathroom was and there was a store directory right in front of them, would you get pissed off and tell them, “HELOOO! There’s a freaking diretory right there, READ IT.” Umm.. no, you probably wouldn’t want to do that.. because it’s rude. People who are not familiar with this forum shouldn’t be treated like children just because they don’t use the search first.. assist them to use the search, don’t yell at them.

In reply to: Something is wrong here.. on line 7Ahhh.. ok. Problem solved. I used Fetch FTP for MAC this time and everything is now working. YAY. I guess I learned my lesson with those sketchy FTP programs.

In reply to: Something is wrong here.. on line 7I used a free ftp program (Coffee ftp) and I think it was stopping the uploading process every 5 minutes. I am using another FTP program to see what happens.

In reply to: Something is wrong here.. on line 7hmm.. I uploaded the files again and I made sure that the media.php file was included. I am still getting the same exact error message.
