You can change the Submit button text in your form Settings > Styling & Buttons page.

You first need to insert your form shortcode on a page/post to publish it.

Then to create the link, you could use something like this:

Please submit this <a href="yoursite.com/form">form</a>

Replace yoursite.com/form with the URL where you have published the form.

If go to your Formidable form Settings > Styling & Buttons page, you’ll be able to change the Submit button Text.

I’m afraid we don’t have a built-in way to add a math captcha integration to generate the math quiz as a spam filter. You would have to use a separate plugin for this or create your own custom code.

We are implementing invisible reCaptcha for spam protection.
