Kristy ??Hey esd3104 ??
Apologies for our team not addressing your last two replies in this thread! We communicated with you over email when we received your request there, and I see that’s now also marked as “solved”. So, I wanted to make sure to follow-up and close the loop here as well. ??
Thanks so much for sharing that fatal error you received when implementing the code snippet was due to needing to convert smart quotes to straight quotes. So glad to hear that’s resolved and we appreciate you sharing the solution here for the benefit of the community!
Additionally, I wanted to mention an alternative (preferred) way to the contact form when you need to open a support request related to your GoDaddy Payments account. GoDaddy Payments has a Get Help link available in the WordPress admin when you navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > GoDaddy Payments. You can reach out to us there for help anytime if you have questions about your account or need to share private information related to the issue you’re experiencing. ??
I’ll keep this thread marked as “resolved”. Have a wonderful day!

In reply to: banner at the top of the main page of my blogHey @davidash43,
Kristy here, from GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress eCommerce team. ?? I’m happy to help with this!
The Keynote template for our Go Theme creates a page called Media in WordPress that is then added to your site’s navigation menu. Here’s how you can remove that page from your site’s menu:
1. From the Customizer, select Menu > Primary Menu.
2. Click the expand dropdown next to Media and select Remove.
3. Click Publish to save your changes!
Lastly, you may want to delete the Media page entirely from your site if you don’t need it. You can do so by navigating in your WordPress admin to Pages > All Pages. From there, you will have the opportunity to delete the page or make it a draft.
Would you please let me know if this is helpful?
Thanks so much!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Pixel Connection issueHi @stacyseen!
I’m sorry to hear that the instructions didn’t work! That should’ve cleared the settings.
Can you please confirm which version of Facebook for WooCommerce you have installed on your site?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Product SKU Generator for WooCommerce] restore my old SKUHey Ziv ( @ziv99 )!
Our plugin offers four different combinations for SKU format when it comes to Variable products. It allows you to pick either attributes or variation IDs, though I’m afraid it’s not possible to pick and choose which attributes are displayed. When the attribute slugs are selected, it will show all attributes associated with that variation.
The options are:
- Parent Slug + Attribute Slug
- Parent Slug + Variation ID
- Parent ID + Attribute Slug
- Parent ID + Variation ID
Perhaps you could use the Variation ID instead so that you can avoid having all attribute slugs in the SKU. I’m sorry that I don’t have better news for you! Can I help with any other questions?
Thanks,
KristyYou’re very welcome @mgz069!

KristyHi @mgz069 –
Thanks for contacting us about our Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. I’m happy to help!
Our team at SkyVerge is responsible for developing the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin using the Facebook APIs which allow you to sync WooCommerce products to your Facebook catalog/shop and install the pixel on your WooCommerce store for event tracking. Creating ads and their design, is not something we have any experience with, as this is done directly through Facebook.
That said, I’m afraid we aren’t going to be in the best position to assist with questions regarding Facebook Dynamic Remarketing ads! You can reach out to Facebook support since our plugin doesn’t directly manage ads. You can find their Business Concierge help desk here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/support
Does this help?
Thanks,
Kristy
