If you sum the order lines in WooCommerce it results in 154.97. However WooCommerce says that order total is 154.96. That is probably the cause of the problem.

My suggestion is to look into WooCommerce and see if it is possible to get past this miscalculation.

I hope this can be helpful for others. However, I don’t think this is a general Nginx issue. I think it might be a case of web server configuration problem. We have other users running Nginx without any issues.

I’m not entirely sure what happens here. When I sum the order lines I get the order total to 117.97, not 137.96. Is there more items in the order?

Without having all the details, I think this is a WooCommerce rounding issue. That causes the communication issue between Woo and Klarna when capturing the order.

Credentials that had been configured for Klarna Payments was used in the Klarna Checkout plugin.

I guess you can try and use CSS for hiding it (like display: none). Otherwise if its more coding I can check with our developers but as this is a customization I think you need to try and find a solution yourself.
I will check with our devs and let you know if we got any good pointers on how it might be done.

That will change when the customer has verified their address in the Checkout. Thats how it works.

You can also use the Geolocation function in WooCommerce so you have the (hopefully, most correct) location from where the client is from and that way present the shipping price for that country.

Then you should sign up for Klarnas Global Checkout for the currencies you are offering. That way you do not receive the bad value error. You can read more about that here: https://developers.klarna.com/documentation/klarna-checkout/kco-global/

You can also try your credentials in the Klarna Payments plugin and see if they work there? It depends on what product you signed up for with Klarna. Otherwise you can reach out to the Klarna Merchant support and check with them.

Klarna does now have an update in their system to support for selecting payment method for recurring orders with 0 amount on the initial payment.

At the moment this feature is not activated by default. If you would like to test it please get in touch with Klarna so they can turn this on for your MID.
