Often when this happen it’s due to the fact that the order has already been captured manually in your Klarna Online account. The easiest way to solve this is to temporarily de-activate the Klarna Order Management plugin, change the order status on the orders to Completed and then activate the Klarna Order Management plugin again.
If you always manually captures the orders in Klarna and handles the orders separately in WooCommerce and not want to use the functionality that the Klarna Order Management offers you don’t need the Order Management plugin activated.

We will look into this a bit closer and will try to prioritize it.There is an issue created for this matter in the GitHub repository for the plugin: https://github.com/krokedil/klarna-checkout-for-woocommerce/issues/182.
We will post updates there as soon as we have a fix for it.

In reply to: [Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce] Change languageWe have received info regarding this and it looks like it is only when you are logged in to the site this happens. This happened after WC 3.6.0 came out and we are looking into this and how we can solve it in the best way.
I will update this thread when I have more info about this,

We have updated the Klarna checkout plugin to version 1.9.1 now that hopefully should solve your problem.
The problem comes from that you have a paragraph section in the checkout form that has the class validate-required for woocommerce-gzd-legal-checkbox but the actual checkbox doesn’t exist there.
With version 1.9.1 we have included a check to see that it actually exist an input form field inside each validate-required section.

Hi,
Can you contact Klarnas merchant support and ask them about your credentials and if they are newly created it can take up to 24 hours before they work.
Have you signed up for Klarna Checkout or is it Klarna Payments? So you are not using the credentials in the wrong plugin.
