In reply to: [Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce] Default WooCommerce Payment GatewayHi @lykkelig
You could try to clear the WC Sessions on the thankyou page. In that way the customer should see the highest prioritised payment method (from WC Settings) the next time she visit the checkout.

In reply to: [Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce] Passing on custom data to Klarna and backHi,
If an order gets created, as you described “step 3 in the integration flow chart” then in this case the order has not been created the correct way. This means that the order has been created via the API Callback function and this only happens if something went wrong in the checkout process.
1. No, unfortunately you cannot send custom data to Klarna and then access it later in the API Callback sequence.
2. No, we do not have a setting for disabling the API Callback function.
We are however developing a new version of Klarna Checkout that will change the checkout flow entirely. This means that all orders must be successfully made in WooCommerce before anything is created in Klarna’s system. This also means that the API Callback function will be removed. This version of Klarna Checkout will be released very soon.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Redirect to 404 after order was placedHi @word1press
We have been able to recreate the issue you described in our test environment. We believe it has to do with the latest version of Klarna Payments (2.0.5). I have created an internal ticket for this issue. Unfortunately, we do not have a date for when this is going to be resolved.

No, unfortunately there is no option in the settings for changing the “completed” status to be “dispatched” instead.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] New Problem (sry)Hi,
That is correct. The price that is sent to Klarna is in cents.

If you are not planning to use the Klarna Checkout plugin, you can either deactivate the plugin or uninstall the plugin through the plugin overview page of your site.
