We are in contact with @duracelltomi and right now it seems to only be an issue when using the enhanced e-commerce tracking. We are working on a solution but don’t have anything yet.

If you receive this error message: Unauthorized
It usually means that you are using your credentials for the wrong plugin. It could also mean that the username and/or password is incorrect, try copying & pasting instead of typing in directly and double check for whitespace. If you need support, you should email your regions Klarna Merchant contact.

What version of the Klarna Checkout plugin are you using? Did you make any changes to your website on the 11th of november?

I have tested to hook into the “woocommerce_order_status_processing” action and it is getting triggered when finalizing a purchase with DIBS Easy. When an order is saved in WooCommerce this action is runned. Doing this action manually as you described some other plugins does, is not following the standard WooCommerce flow because it will potentially run twice due to WooCommerce are already doing this action. Im not sure why the WooCommerce Email Notifications Pro plugin won’t work with DIBS Easy but i do not think it’s because we are not doing this action manually.

The DIBS Easy plugin is using the WooCommerce function payment_complete in order to set the orders as “Processing”. This is the WooCommerce standard flow of handeling orders. On every status update WooCommerce is doing this dynamic action.
Therefore we are not hooking into it manually in the plugin.?Why are you using a seperate plugin for sending emails depending on order status when this kind of functionality already exists in WooCommerce’s settings?

In Klarna Order Management version 1.4.0 we added additional logging in the plugin. Information about the requests to Klarna is logged even if there is no errors in the requests. The logging itself should not cause any problems for you as a merchant. The purpose for this logging is to make the debugging and troubleshooting easier.

Can you include your developer in our emails instead? That would be much better.
