The text is located inside an iframe from Klarna, so it is not possible to translate using WPML string translation.
The iframe from Klarna is translated to the language based on WordPress get_locale().

You need an agreement with Klarna for each country and currency you would like to sell to.
You will then need to insert credentials for each country in the settings.

It is not possible to change it by a setting or by edit the code in the WordPress plugin becuse this information is inside the iFrame.
The content inside the iFrame is controlled by Nets.An order should however be updated on callback with correct information a few minutes after the customer closed the browser window.

I am not able to place orders in a live environment.
Do you have a staging environment where I can try to place an order with Klarna Checkout in test mode?
Or can you share a link to a screen recording where you are placing an order?When testing in my test environment does it look like everything is working as expected.
