In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite (UAE Lite)] Mobile Menu Width IssueThanks for your reply. The extra width of the page is part of the issue, but like I mentioned before, the dropdown menu on mobile view has the words piled on top of each other.
I have deactivated the Header & Footer Builder plugin and the menu works fine. So I think the issue is some format issue within the plugin.
I’ve exported the template. Here is a link:

In reply to: Multisite 404 error files or database issue@threadi Thank you. This solved the majority of the issue, I think. I installed a WordPress installation on my wildcard *.azylazallelu.com and I see the semblance of a website, but still a 404 error.
Yes, I have the updated plugin 2.1.15 and I do not have any caching active. The issue remains to be that updates are not saved. I have tried to change profile photos while the setting to display User Nickname active, but this setting disables saving on the entire UM plugin.

Was there ever a solution to the error caused by the user name settings?
I had the same issue BUT I’ve kind of figured out how to fix it. If anyone knows a better way, please let me know.
The checkout process still worked even though the button wasn’t there. All a customer had to do was press the Enter button on their keyboard after inputting their billing information. The problem was that who would assume you should press enter after putting in the billing information? Everyone looks for the Pay Now button.
My setup now shows a PayPal Checkout button.
I went to Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Payments and played around with the settings. The button was missing until I checked and unchecked settings, and pressed Save Changes. I’m not sure what sequence or if anything I did actually fixed the issue, but the button appeared. I have these settings checked:
Enable PayPal Checkout
Require Instant Payment
Checkout on single product
Configure settings specific to single product
Enable PayPal mark on regular checkout
Configure settings specific to regular checkoutAnd it works for me. I wish it was a Place Order button, but I’m ok because I can still take payments.
I’ve found the issue. The issue is with the UM > Settings > General > Users.
When I change the setting from “Display First and Last Name” to “Custom Field” and nickname, it does not allow me to save or update model portfolios.
This is a problem because I do not want the model’s legal name displayed on their profile or comp card. The models want to have a stage name or “nickname”.
Do you have a solution for this?
I’ve found the plugin that the theme developer used. It is called Pods. Below is a link and a screen shot to the plugin. As you can see in the second snapshot below, it allows for users to upload video, audio, and image galleries. For some reason these two plugins are not working together anymore, but they were about a month ago.

Snapshot 2
https://snipboard.io/rBtQGC.jpgWith my theme, when I go to edit my user profile, it gives me the option to add images to the profile. Maybe the theme developer has a way to do it? I’m not sure.

My problem is the photo gallery. I am using the free version of Ultimate Member Plugin. I do not have any UM extensions.
The “insert image gallery” feature was working until about 2 weeks ago or so. The profile photos work. I’m not sure how to make the cover photos work again, but that also doesn’t work either. Maybe the cover photos and the image gallery are related?
Here is a screenshot of me making a new dummy profile just so you can see. I have the option to insert image gallery, but it does not save. And the user profiles that already have a gallery from when it was working before, those are not able to be altered/updated.
Ok, I see. Well, I have exceeded the 50 pages by 10x, so that explains that.
So is there any known reason why the photos of my user profiles do not work?
I’ve tried to change the theme to Twenty Twenty, which was my default when I made the site. Twenty Twenty does not give me the same Image Gallery option when I try to edit the user profile. So I cannot test and see if it will allow me to make the change.
I take back what I said. I had some of the subscribers use the site again and it is not allowing them to edit their profile. Once a user is logged in, it takes them to the home page, even though I have the subscriber settings set to redirect to the edit profile URL. It still takes the users to the home page.
Wow, that was easy. It works now. Thanks for your help!
I am using Julia talent agency theme.
Theme support says “the Ultimate Member is famous plugin which is not working on your server means some thing is missing at your hosting settings.” so I’m kind of lost.
I have not yet tried to switch to a default WordPress theme to see if it works because I am a little leery about it. Won’t that make me loose my data and settings?
