I checked and it looks good — when clearing the cache or updating, it can take a few moments to re-process, then be speedy once in the cache.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you please try to clear the Zotpress cache for the account on the Zotpress > Accounts page? That seemed to work for others.

Not at all! I’m not entirely sure why clearing the cache would be necessary but glad it worked.

You can clear the cache for specific Zotero accounts on the Zotpress Accounts page. By live page, I mean if you’re willing to share a link to an example site where things aren’t working, I can try to check if there’s a surface issue.

@davereeve And you’ve cleared the cache? I just tried a full reset and still no issues on my end.

If you’d like, you can disable the plugins other than Zotpress and see if Zotpress works, and enable the plugins until it stops to pinpoint a potential issue.

Otherwise, if you have a live page I can check and more shortcodes I can test, feel free to share.

Hi @davereeve Sorry to hear about this. I couldn’t replicate the issue on my end exactly. I’m wondering if it could be the quotes. When you paste the shortcodes here, the text editor may transform them — ” vs " — which are you using in the WP editor?
