I cannot switch themes or turn off my widgets without messing up my website, which I need for my business. This isn’t an unknown issue….

@undefinedfr ah ha! Thank you! That is there because I changed the URL of my site last year. I’ll see if it’s still needed. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately still not working. I have the URL in linky set to: https://ktempestbradford.com/test

But all my site does is redirect to: https://ktempestbradford.com/blog

Sometimes it adds /wp-admin/ and sometimes not on the backend. Either way, it doesn’t seem to register Linky as a real page.

@satoristudio – actually, that’s not true. You DON’T implement the standard. When a post has the Read More tag in, you don’t show anything at the bottom of that post on the main blog listing or archive pages. The text before Read More shows up then…. nothing. Not even the standard Read More tag much less a button or anything. And, in my case, it does not show the custom text I put inside the more tag.

So did you just forget to put that functionality in? I don’t even see an option to show full posts and not excerpts on the blog page.

Looked at permissions and the plugins folder and all subfolders are set to 555. Changed to 755 and updates now work.
