The functionality is neat yes, but the premium support has been close to non-existent for the past 3 months.

I get no response to any of my premium support tickets and judging from comments here and on the FB group other premium customers experience the same.

Any answer to this?

I just tested with ‘WP Mail SMTP’ and that doesn’t result in the ‘Bad Gateway’ error, so it seems to be an incompability with your plugin.

I undertand and I guess for 99% or more customer it will work.

But what if the person who makes the order is living in Italy, but wants to send it to a friend in Germany, or if the person who makes the order is living in Germany, but just on vacation in Itay?
If the Product is configured to send to Germany but NOT to Italy then it would not be possible to purchase it if currently located in Italy.
I think for that it would be nice allowing the person who makes the order already on the Product Page to select another shipping country.
Right now that is only possible when reaching the Cart meaning the one who makes the order must then add another Product which does ship to Italy to reach the Cart where they can set Shipping Country to Germany and then return the the Product which only ships to Germany to add it to the Cart.

Nobody knows whether shortcode wcj_wpml should work for all email triggers?

I have the same problem with 2.6.1 both trying to re-arrange using Google Chrome and Safari.
