No they show in stock while we need them to be set as Out of stock once they sell out.

@snaacks Thanks Brad, checked that link but it provided no solution on how to tell Facebook that a stock was sold out (it just says it’s expected that out of stock products do not sync).

It’s a real issue for us as we’re running automated shopping campaigns and Out of stock items are still being promoted while clearly being out of stock.

Hi @sukafia we tried disabling it and re-sync but it still didn’t sync (either way we don’t want to show out of stock items on the shop page, we do not restock sold out items).

Any workaround?

Hi, one more question, is there a way we can change the parent element names? E.g. in this greece template it’s not <SHOP> and <SHOPITEM> while in a custom feed it’s <PRODUCT>. For some reason it’s not getting recognized as SHOPITEM and this is the only difference I could recognize between the two feeds.

That’s exactly the problem that the param is not working because it needs to be nested in a parent element which I was not able to do trying everything even writing it as a static value.

The goal is to satisfy Glami.sk Size parameter requirement: https://www.glami.sk/info/feed/#_feed-tag-size

I think in the past we were able to place fields under other fields with a drag & drop functionality but it’s no longer possible to add a child field.

Any tips how to overcome this would be appreciated.
