A great plugin to add is “Send PDF for Contact Form 7” – once you activate this you it’s easy to edit as you just enter your input fields. Hope this helps.

I managed to find a workable solution. It is just a case of using FTP, locating the plugins backup folder located within the wp-content folder and upload your .wpress folder to there. As my website was quite large the process did take a bit of time, when your files have loaded go to your website and instead of using the plugins import feature, select backup and restore.
