I told the new provider about the problem and he changed the settings as followed:

max_execution_time: 60
max_file_uploads: 20
max_input_time: 60
memory_limit: 256M

But I guess that it has nothing to do with the fcgi, does it?
Wouldn’t it increase the CPU problem to raise the limit?
