i think its problem with the hosting . Try Ask them . Sometimes during update due to high cpu usage such error occurs on server side .

I think you are using yoast plugin which is automatically adding name to your titles . Change its default title and metas setting . Secondly go to rich snippet to check real time page title

try disabling your yoast plugin and then clear cache and then re enable yoast .

first of all those scores always vary every time you check them especially if you are using cdn or web cache . Any score above 80 is good for page speed . Once i tried and spend about 2 days just to tweak my score . I moved till 97 but then i saw that my site is not rendering properly on some devices and browsers which is bad user experience . So make sure to optimize it with page still rendering all javascript files . Secondly one of those plugins crashed my website during wordpress update i do not remember exactly which one . Still at 91 pretty good .

i think you should remove the plugin files for corresponding plugin via ftp in plugin folder , also check with plugin developer . Be sure to backup before deleting anything there

i think there is no problem with it as if you are already logged in then it would work only for you . For additional security you can install limit login attempts and disable directory listing plugin

Clear your site cache if you are using any cache plugin like wp cache . It should work then probably ….
