this is a native ActiveCampaign form inserted by html in wordpress, and ActiveCampaign is one of the tools Cleantalk supports (that’s one of the reasons why we decided to try CleanTalk to solve the bot issue).

Does it means it only works with API connected forms (through the ActiveCampaign plugin for wordpress) and not with HTML native integration?

We have different projects and would like to have tool which really prevents our forms from being attacked from spam bots, HTML integration is preferred. Please let us know if that’s possible or not.

Hi and thanks for getting back.

The thing is that I do not see the logs of most of the emails registered through the form in https://libertadinmobiliaria.es/lista-vip/.

If I filter the records by this page, I only see some approved emails and some other denied (which are my tests with emails [email protected] and [email protected].

But there are no other records, while I keep getting bots registration through the form. Emails seems to be real (don’t know if they are in a black list) but it’s definitely a bot pushing contacts through the form (and they do not appear in the logs).

If we are able to stop this, I would like to pay the subscriptions for different websites (I understand that it’s not possible to have the same account with different domains, and the only option is creating different accounts with different emails and access key. Please confirm).

Hi and thanks for your reply. I activated that optin and I could run the test succesfully.

Anyway, spam contacts are still optin through that form (like hundred per day) and I really do not know if there is something else we can do in order to prevent it.

Hi, I’m having the same problem here https://www.kungfunnel.com and as far as I could see there is some kind of conflict with a RGPD compliance plugin I use (https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/adapta-rgpd/).

I only managed to get Analytics working properly with the previous version of Monsterinsights (7.16.2) and the previuos version of that pluging (1.0).

In order to test the cause of the problem, I also inserted the Analytics code in my wordpress. With these conditions, I should receive duplicated data (from Monsterinsights and the code). But:

1) If I use the latest Monsterinsight version and the latest RGPD version, I don’t receive any Analytics data.
2) If i use the latest Monsterinsight version and uninstall RGPD plugin, I can get Analytics information but data is not duplicated (I only receive it thanks to the wordpress code, If I delete the code there’s nothing via Monsterinsights).
3) If I use the previous version of Monsterinsight (7.16.2) and the latest version of RGPD, I don’t receive any data.
4) If I use the previous version of Monsterinsight (7.16.2) and the previous version of RGPD (1.0), vists are duplicated and that means that everything works fine in both sides (via the pluging and the code).

Definitely there’s something not working with RGPD latest version (I already informed the developer), but please check if there is any issue with version 7.17.0 because if that pluging is not active Analytics should be ok and it looks like it’s not unless you use the code.

Confirmo que hay algo que no acaba de ir bien entre la última versión de este plugin y la última version de Monsterinsight. Al ver que no me llegaban datos a analytics, además de la conexión a través de Monsterinsights, también he a?adido el código de analytics a mi página. En condiciones normales deberían llegar las visitas duplicadas, pero no es así y por lo que he podido comprobar:

– con la última versión de Monsterinsight (7.17.0) y la última de Adapta (1.3.3) no llega el tracking de Analytics (ni del plugin, ni del código)
– con la última de Monsterinsight y Adapta desactivado, llega el tracking pero las visitas no están duplicadas (llega por el código en wordpress, no a través del plugin)
– con la última de Adapta y Monsterinsights desactivado, no llegan datos.
– con la anterior de Monsterinsights (7.16.2) y la anterior disponible de Adapta (1.0) sí que llega el tráfico duplicado (tanto por el plugin, como por el código).

He dejado estas versiones y quitado el código para que de momento me vaya entrando todo bien. Por favor revisad estas incidencias. Gracias

Genial! Me aparecía como actualizado a la nueva versión pero por alguna razón quedaba la vieja. Lo de desinstalar y reinstalar ha funcionado perfectamente…
