Hi there,
Astra support team is on it ??
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/conflict-with-kadence-woocommerce-e-mail-designer-2/Hi @vladlu ,
Thank you for the hotfix! It works perfectly.
Hi @michaeltarongoy,
I am not the author of this thread, but I would like to share my actions.
My server settings are equal to or greater than the recommended settings.I cleared my cache.
I doubt the issue is caused by plugins because several of us are experiencing the same problem. The console displays errors when I access the Customizer. Would it help?

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Wishlist] Icon to wishlist in headerHello @juaancmendez
Thank you very much for your answer!
The code you shared with me works very well.
I also share the following solution. Just add an html widget in the header with this code. It also works, but does not give the number of products added to the whislist<a href="https://mysite/mywishlistpage/" class="fa fa-heart">
</a>Best regards.

In reply to: [Astra] Inconsistent footer appearanceHi?@bsfherman,
Sorry for my late reply, I couldn’t answer earlier…
I did add the snippet as you advised. However, it has no effect on my problem. In fact I don’t see the connection between wp-block-social-links and the fix for h2 titles…
Here are two images showing the problem on the welcome page and the shop page :
Now I see that these differences appear between pages created with Elementor and “standard” pages. However, the footer is never managed by Elementor, but it apparently causes a conflict somewhere…
I’ll try to figure out what’s going on on my end, but if you figure it out before I do, don’t hesitate to let me know!
Kind regards

In reply to: [Astra] Change of aspect when no resultI noticed that the search page title was missing too.
So I disabled that title in customization and that seems to have solved the bug… I don’t really understand why, so I’ll leave this thread unresolved in case you have any ideas.- This reply was modified 10 months ago by kureman.

In reply to: [Astra] Astra search results not showing productsHi?@bsfherman,
Thank you for your help.
I tried to search for a product on your dev site and I get the same result as on mine.
In fact, you have a product called “CAP”. So I typed “CAP” in the search field.
This product appears in the live list of results. Then, if I click on the product, I’m redirected to the product page: https://fert-fontenot-1w.zipwp.dev/product/cap/
However, if I press enter, I’m taken to another page where the product doesn’t appear: https://fert-fontenot-1w.zipwp.dev/?s=cap
I had never tried to activate Live search.
Now I see this feature and that it’s possible to choose which results to display (products, pages, etc.).
I’ve activated it now and it works fine with or without Polylang. However, with Polylang activated, the product-related result disappears when you press enter, just like on your site. When Polylang is deactivated, the product appears.
I assume this is because we’re testing with the free version of Polylang, as it doesn’t support WooCommerce… It’s probably not related to a malfunction of the Astra theme.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Astra] Astra search results not showing productsHi?@bsfherman,
I’ve found the cause of the problem!
It’s because of the Polylang plugin.
I don’t yet know why there’s a conflict but I’m going to look into it. Have you ever heard of this conflict?Kind regards

In reply to: [Astra] Astra search results not showing productsHi?@bsfherman,
I’m sure your search element works well, in fact I remember that it worked initially on my site.
There must be a conflict with a plugin on my site. I have no idea which plugin it is ??
Do you have any ideas about what might influence the behaviour of this element?
Kind regards

In reply to: [Astra] Astra search results not showing productsHi @bsfherman,
Um… so the Astra search doesn’t work on my site.
No products appear in the results.
For example, if I search for the word “grue”, there are no results.
But if I enter it into the product filter field on the shop page, 5 products appear.Kind regards

In reply to: [Astra] Inconsistent footer appearanceHi @bsfherman,
I’ve added the snippet but unfortunately I can’t see any improvement in the widget’s appearance.
Sorry, it’s not because I don’t trust your files, it’s mainly because I’ve never installed a plugin through CPanel… I will wait for your release ??
Have a great day !
