意図した症状ではないですが、逆にExUnitは脱Bootstrapをして非Bootstrapのテーマでも問題なく表示されるように調整していきたいと考えています。なので、ExUnitのBootstrapを切った状態で、デザインが崩れていて優先的に修正を希望する箇所がある場合は、

In reply to: [Lightning] トップページ以外のヘッダーのコンテナ内に投稿ページのタイトルを表示させるにはとりあえず仕様としては

を参照ください。
その上でヘッダー直下の青い背景の部分に投稿のタイトルを持ってくるという意味であれば、実は大掛かりになります。
と、いうのは元々本文エリア内にタイトルがあるので二重表記になるので、そこを削除したり、「本文エリアを一つの記事とし、その最初が記事タイトルである」という文法で書いてあるので、それを見出しだけ削除するとHTML構造的におかしくなり、SEOでも不利になります。
見た目だけの対応であればそこそこいじれば出来るのですが、検索順位を保てるようにちゃんとマークアップをするとなると地味に大掛かりなカスタマイズが必要なのでおすすめしていないという見解です。Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Lightning] ウィジェットを全部削除しても、アーカイブ、最近の投稿、カテゴリーが消えない自分でセットしなくても初期状態でカテゴリーリストなどが表示されるようにそのような仕様となっています。
サイドバー（投稿）ウィジェットに何か入っているとその内容が優先されますので、
表示させたくない場合は空のテキストウィジェットを入れてみてください。
